Please take the time to complete our survey. Your feedback is important.

Warwickshire has been selected to take part in a national pilot to support Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to develop a new special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) inspection framework.  As part of the pilot, they would like to hear the views of parent carers, young people and practitioners working with children or young people with SEND in education, health or care services.

The survey will run from Monday 13 June and will close at 9am Tuesday 21 June.
