Here are some resources to be used during this period of Social Distancing. It is not expected that parents/carers attempting to 'home school' during this time will use all or indeed any of these! We have created a 'timetable' that you could use if you wish (for some children knowing what will happen when is essential to them feeling safe) and, as well as paper activities, there are links to online resources. If you have any difficulties accessing these or any other resources please feel free to email Mr Gaskell (email@example.com) anytime and he will do his best to assist. Your child's teachers can also be contacted via the Class Dojo system during work hours only.
Remember these are only suggestions of tasks. Do not feel you have to complete all of them. Indeed can we ask that over what would have been the Easter holiday you ensure that parents/carers and children have a break! To aid this there are a number of Arts & Crafts and fun science projects in the Easter folders. Thank you again for your continued support and please keep safe!
Home Learning Resources
Year 6 staff have set themselves and their pupils a little challenge over the month of April. They are going to climb Mt Everest while the children climb Mt Snowdon. To do this the staff will each need to climb 26 flights of stairs while the children will each have to climb 16! Keep up to date with their progress here!
Results of day 1 of the climb! All the staff completed their steps! Some seem happier about it than others! How are your kids doing?
