We are pleased to announce that we will be running Bikeability courses at the start of the new academic year for years 4 & 5! Places are limited to 12 children per course (6 children per class) and the cost will be £3 per child!

LEVEL 1 TRAINING FOR PUPILS IN SCHOOL YEAR 4:

This training teaches basic cycle control skills in a safe environment away from traffic.

 LEVEL 2 TRAINING FOR PUPILS IN SCHOOL YEAR 5:

This training prepares students for cycling on the public highway for short journeys such as from home to school.

Course timetable:

Level 1 on Friday 20^th September 2019, 9am – 11am for children in year 4.

or

Level 1 on Tuesday 24^th September 2019, 9am - 11am  for children in year 4

Level 2 on Monday 16^th, Tuesday 17^th, Wednesday 18^th September 9:00am – 11:15am children in Year 5

or

Level 2 on Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24^th, Friday 27^th September 9:00am – 11:15am children in Year 5

Children will need to have their own bicycles (in roadworthy condition) and should ideally have completed level 1 before completing level 2 but this is not compulsory and will not be a problem provided they are competent riders.
